The Process
Phase 1
The first step in the Process is to get an understanding of what you need to create. Our team will meet you at your vessel to review everything the project will entail. We will make all appropriate measurements to ensure the product we create is 100% up to your standards.
Phase 2
Once we have the concept of what we want to make, we then have to design it. Using Computer-Aided Design (CAD), we will map out the project using the specific measurements we made in Step 1 to make sure the product will be just the right fit.
Phase 3
Now it’s time to print! The requested part is printed using the latest in 3D printing technology. We only use the best materials to ensure the quality and longevity of our products.
Phase 4
If needed, Marine 3D will assist you in the installation of your new 3D-printed product. The installation will vary depending on the project. Some installations are just as simple as placing the part down, while others may require more effort. The Marine 3D team has experience with all kinds of jobs, including the installation of electronics on board vessels.
